We only offer STORE CREDIT for items sent back that are eligible. We do not issue refunds.

Merchandise must be sent back to us within 14 business days(30 days during COVID 19) of receiving the order, per your USPS tracking number in your account, in order to receive store credit.

Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.

With our varying quantities of styles and colors, we cannot guarantee the style(s) you want will be available if your original item does not work; you will receive store credit.

Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or a copy of your receipt.

Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with tags attached (if it arrived with tags).

If your item(s) are not sent back to us within the 14 day time period (30 days during COVID), or if your items are sent back for an “exchange” or if your items arrive back to us damaged, then a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged/deducted from your store credit and/or the exchange will be sent back to you, per decision of the company.
