SHIPPING & DELIVERY

​Please allow 4-15 business days for turn around time UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED! All orders will have a detailed TAT in description info. We strive to upkeep our TAT on point but there are elements out of our control at times. Delays could be expected with any order. Please be patient with us. We will communicate any delays and will certainly make it up to you with the best customer service we can. If you have any questions just email us!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

​When processing time is completed on your order you will receive notification your package has shipped. Once your package ships ,you will either receive an email or your tracking information will appear in your account. Please be aware this is an estimated delivery date and not guaranteed. Shipping delays are out of our hands once the mail carrier has possession.

RETURNS 

​We only offer STORE CREDIT for items sent back that are eligible. We do not issue refunds.

• Merchandise must be sent back to us within 10 business days of receiving the order, per your USPS tracking number in your account, in order to receive store credit.

• Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with tags attached (if it arrived with tags).

• With our varying quantities of sizes, designs and colors, we cannot offer exchanges if your original item does not work; you will receive store credit.NO EXCHANGES!
